At the outset, this gives us an immense pleasure to officially welcome Mr Kumar Munna, former Senior Assistant General Manager, IDBI Bank in the revered family of ''CAREER PLANNER & ALLIANCE CLUB''. Mr. Kumar joined us recently having left his wonderful & glittering banking career of almost Twenty eventful years, during which he worked at senior levels with proven track record and handled huge portfolios of Retail Banking, MSME, Trade finance, Retail Assets etc.
Mr. Kumar, started his banking career way back in March 1999 with 'Indian Overseas Bank' (IOB) as one of the youngest probationary officers of his batch and rose to the various positions during his stay in IOB for almost 9 Years and then moved to  an another Public Sector behemoth, IDBI Bank as an 'Assistant General Manager' in December-2006 and worked there at various capacity till November-2017.
Although Kumar Sir, was working with the bank, he always spared his valuable time and enlightened 'Career Planner' by his par excellent & out of the box ideas since inception of this great competitive institution. It was his sheer penchant and unwavering commitment to serve and work for the daughters and sons of this great soil that propelled him to sacrifice his own illustrious, plumb and stable career, where Sky was the limit for him. This is one of his ambitions to see the students of "Career Planner & Alliance Club" to settle at nothing but at the Zenith of various Government Departments and PSU Banks.
Since, 'Kumar Sir' will be in the Anatomy of CP now, I must say that "CP & AC", are going to be benefited in general and our students are in particular for sure with his gigantic and unmatched experience of almost two decades in Banking & Financial industry which must be the dreams of our many aspirants at "Career Planner & Alliance Club".
Let me also take this opportunity and honour to announce that 'Kumar Sir' will also be heading the Preparatory segments, i.e. Interview and Group Discussion (GD) in addition to be one of the core members of our diversified 'Core Talent Team' for both Banking & SSC.
Last but not the least, I once again take this pleasure to express our sincere gratitude and give a thundering welcome to 'Kumar Sir' on behalf of our loving students and all the stake holders of "Career Planner & Alliance Club" and wish him all the very best.

Commonly known as  function keys  on a computer keyboard, F1 through F12 may have a variety of different uses or no use at all. Government notifies Wetland (Conservation and Management) Rules 2017.

Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MoEFCC) has notified new Wetland (Conservation and Management) Rules 2017 to prohibit range of activities in wetlands. The new rules will replace earlier rules notified in 2010.  Wetland  Wetland is transitional land between terrestrial and aquatic eco-systems where water table is usually at or near surface or it may be land covered by shallow water. It supports rich biodiversity and provides wide range of ecosystem services such as water storage, water purification, flood mitigation, erosion control, aquifer recharge etc. There are 115 wetlands officially identified by Central Government and of those 26 are identified as wetlands of international importance under Ramsar Convention (an international intergovernmental treaty for conservation of wetlands to which India is party).  Wetlands are threatened by reclamation and degradation due to activities like drainage and landfill, pollution, hydrological alteration,...

Rajnish Kumar new SBI chairman as Arundhati Bhattacharya retires

Rajnish Kumar, 59, the senior most of the managing directors at State Bank of India (SBI), will become the 25th chairman of the country’s largest lender, succeeding Arundhati Bhattacharya, who is set to retire on 6 October. The government on Wednesday announced his appointment for three years. Kumar currently is in charge of retail banking at SBI. Kumar’s appointment comes at a time when SBI’s profitability is under strain because of ballooning bad loans and sluggish credit growth. At the end of June, the bank was weighed down by gross non-performing loans of Rs1.88 trillion. Gross bad loans account for almost one-tenth of its total advances. SBI is also the lead bank in a majority of the 40 cases referred for bankruptcy proceedings at the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). “Asset quality is a challenge.
